Why convert SVG to PNG?

SVG is a vector format: perfect for websites and designers because it scales to any size. But many places don’t accept it — social networks, messaging apps, some versions of Office, email signatures and most upload forms. A PNG with a transparent background works everywhere and keeps your logo clean on any colour.

Size of the result

Because SVG is vector, the PNG is rendered large and sharp: 2048 px on its longest side (or bigger if the SVG itself is larger). Need a smaller size? Reduce it with the image resizer — reducing keeps it crisp. Then put your logo on photos with the logo watermark tool.

Frequently asked questions

Does SVG to PNG keep the transparent background?
Yes. Areas without content in the SVG stay transparent in the PNG.
What size will the PNG be?
2048 px on its longest side, or larger if the SVG is bigger. You can reduce it afterwards with the image resizer.
Why does my SVG look different?
SVGs that rely on external fonts or images may render differently. Converting the text to outlines in your design app fixes it.
Is my file uploaded?
No, the conversion happens entirely in your browser.
