How to watermark multiple images at once

  1. Select all your files at once (Ctrl/Cmd + A in the file picker) or drag a whole selection into the tool. You can mix JPG, PNG, WebP and PDF.
  2. Design the watermark once. Click any file in the list to check how it looks on it.
  3. Choose a positioning mode that suits a batch: Percentage keeps the same relative spot on landscape and portrait images; Pixels keeps an exact distance from a corner.
  4. Optionally resize (e.g. longest side 2048 px) and convert to WebP or JPG for the web.
  5. Click Add watermark, then Download all (ZIP).

Why batch watermarking in the browser is faster

Traditional online tools upload every file to a server, process it and send it back — with large photo sets that means minutes of waiting and size limits, and your files sit on someone else’s server. WatermarkOn skips the round-trip: files are processed directly on your device, as fast as your computer allows, and nothing is uploaded or stored. There is no file limit; the only constraint is your device’s memory.

Compared with desktop batch features (Photoshop Actions, Lightroom export presets, GIMP plug-ins), there is nothing to install or configure.

Frequently asked questions

How many images can I watermark at once?
There is no fixed limit. Hundreds of photos work fine on a modern computer; on phones, batches of a few dozen are more comfortable.
Will the watermark look the same on vertical and horizontal photos?
Yes. The watermark size is relative to each image’s width, and with Percentage or Preset positioning it lands in the same relative spot on every image.
Can I keep the original file names?
Yes. Files keep their names plus a suffix (default “-watermarked”). Clear the suffix field to keep the exact original names.
