How to add an image or logo to a PDF

  1. Click Choose logo and select the image to place (logo, stamp, badge, QR code…). PNG with transparency is best.
  2. Drop your PDF(s) into the tool. The first page appears in the preview.
  3. Set the size as a % of the page width and choose the position: a corner preset, a percentage, or an exact distance from a corner (in points, 72 pt = 1 inch).
  4. Choose All, First or a Custom page range like 1, 3-5.
  5. Click Add watermark and download the new PDF.

Common uses

  • Letterhead: your company logo in the top corner of every page of quotes and invoices.
  • Stamps: “PAID”, “APPROVED” or “RECEIVED” images on the first page.
  • Branding reports and e-books before sharing them.
  • QR codes linking to your website on flyers exported as PDF.

The image is added on top of the existing content without changing it: text stays selectable and page sizes don’t change.
