How to watermark listing photos in bulk

  1. Choose your agency logo (PNG with transparency; JPG logos work with “Make white background transparent”).
  2. Drop all the photos of the property into the tool — 20, 40 or 80, it doesn’t matter.
  3. Pick a corner and size. Percentage mode keeps the logo in the same relative spot on landscape and portrait shots.
  4. Set Resize longest side to the size your portal recommends (e.g. 2048 px) and export as JPG.
  5. Download the ZIP and upload it to your listing.

Tips for agents and photographers

  • Keep the logo small (15–25% of the width) so it doesn’t distract from the property — buyers should see rooms, not branding.
  • Check each portal’s rules: some don’t allow logos or contact details on listing photos.
  • Add your website as text instead of a logo if you prefer: switch to Text and type it.
  • Tick “Remember my settings” so the next listing takes seconds.
