How to watermark proofs

  1. Drop the selected photos of the shoot into the tool.
  2. Use the tiled pattern (or a large centred watermark) with your studio name, 30–40% opacity.
  3. Set Resize longest side to 1600–2000 px: big enough to judge, too small to print.
  4. Download the ZIP and share it with your client.

When the client pays, deliver the originals — or a version with a small signature in the corner using Add watermark to photo.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the best watermark for photo proofs?
A tiled or large centred watermark at 30–40% opacity, combined with reduced resolution. Corner watermarks are too easy to crop.
Can I watermark a whole shoot at once?
Yes, add all the photos and download them as a ZIP.
